Objective:
The NSS Unit of RCCIIT celebrated Republic Day on January 26, 2024, at the RCCIIT New Building Campus. This event honored the establishment of the Indian Constitution and celebrated national pride.
Event Highlights:
- Flag Hoisting Ceremony: The day began with a solemn flag hoisting ceremony, symbolizing national unity and sovereignty. The unfurling of the tricolor was followed by the national anthem, fostering a sense of unity and patriotism among students, faculty, and staff.
- Speeches and Recitations: Students delivered inspiring speeches and recitations, reflecting on the historical significance of Republic Day and the role of citizens in upholding democratic values. Their presentations highlighted unity, diversity, and the importance of youth in shaping the nation’s future.
- Patriotic Poems and Narratives: Faculty members recited patriotic poems and shared stories about the sacrifices of freedom fighters, reminding everyone of the struggles that led to the freedom and democracy we enjoy today.
